By creating an account or using Gekko.app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Gekko.app is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides stock and ETF analytics, data visualization, and proprietary scoring tools including the GekkoIndex™. The Service aggregates publicly available financial data and presents it through a web-based dashboard.
The information provided by Gekko.app is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or dealer. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.
The GekkoIndex™ score and all other data, analytics, signals, and content on the Platform are tools for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. Past performance of any signal, indicator, or score does not guarantee future results.
Trading and investing in stocks, ETFs, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you use the Service and make all trading and investment decisions at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for any financial losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Platform or any decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Free trial periods grant full access to all features and convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for any billing period, partial or otherwise. Please ensure the product is right for you during your free 7-day trial before upgrading to a paid plan. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform through automated means; (c) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained from the Service without written permission; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
All content, features, functionality, design, code, GekkoIndex™ algorithm, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of Greenstone Digital Limited. GekkoIndex™ is a trademark of Greenstone Digital Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
While we endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data, scores, or analytics provided through the Service. Data is sourced from third-party providers and public filings, and may contain errors, delays, or omissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenstone Digital Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of investment returns, or financial losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greenstone Digital Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any investment or trading decisions made based on information obtained through the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (e) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Participants in the Gekko affiliate program agree to promote the Service honestly and in good faith. Self-referrals are prohibited and may result in account termination. Commission rates and terms are subject to change with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
